To register and maintain an account on gk4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by gk4444 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gk4444 or any of its affiliated game providers.

gk4444 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. If duplicate accounts are identified, gk4444 may close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

gk4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to verify the age, identity, and payment ownership of players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, dated within the past three months.

Deposits are credited to your gk4444 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gk4444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
